Our Wellness Hub is a place where you will start your oral health journey by connecting with your designated oral health advocate through a video call. We will discuss your current/past issues, oral care practices, how that could affect your overall health, and available treatment options. 

To book an appointment, just follow these easy steps:

Step 1 - Log in by creating a secure account

Step 2 - BOOK APPOINTMENT. You can also share any pictures, x-rays or pertinent documents with your advocate before and during the call.

Step 3 - If you have a promotional code, enter it when prompted to get a discount.

Next - You will receive notification of your appointment, your instructions, and receipt for services straight to your phone/text or email 

The fee for this visit is $69. Your credit card will not be charged until you complete your visit.
